At LEDS BOW, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Below, you will find our return and refund policies, designed to be clear and fair:
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
1. Manufacturing Defects
If your product presents manufacturing defects, you may request a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Products Damaged During Shipping
If the product arrives with visible damage caused during transit, please notify us within the first 72 hours after receipt so we can evaluate the situation and offer you a solution.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you decide to return the product because it did not meet your expectations, you may do so in its original condition within the first 30 days to receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Requirements for Returns
• Products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
• You must include all original packaging, accessories, and the warranty card you received with the product.
• If the product does not meet these conditions, a restocking fee may apply.
Process for Requesting a Return or Refund
1. Initial Contact
Send us an email at support@ledsbow.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If it involves a defect or damage, include photos and a video clearly showing the problem.
2. Approval
Once your case is approved, we will send you the instructions to return the product.
3. Product Shipment
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please make sure to use a courier service that provides tracking.
4. Product Evaluation
Once we receive the product, our technicians will evaluate it within 3 business days to confirm its condition and proceed with the appropriate solution.
5. Refund
If applicable, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days after evaluation. Depending on your payment method, the time for funds to appear may vary.
Additional Policies
• Customized Products: Not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Warranty: Our products come with a 6-month warranty. If your product presents an issue within this period, please contact us for assistance. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or unauthorized handling.
International Returns: Please note that returns from outside Mexico may involve additional costs, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Address
Please send the products to the address we will provide once your request is approved. Don’t forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase and the warranty card.
