Order Processing

• To ship your order, we require your Tax ID (tax identification number). This information is requested by customs authorities to properly process the import.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During peak seasons, such as product launches or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays by email.

• When receiving your Ledsbow product, customs authorities in your country may apply additional charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees, as each country determines its own taxes and duties on imported goods.


Shipping Times

1. Domestic Shipping (Mexico):

• Standard: 3 to 7 business days

• Express: 1 to 3 business days

2. International Shipping:

• Standard: 2 to 4 weeks

• Express: 5 to 10 business days


Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Shipping fees include insurance to protect your order against loss or damage during transit.


Shipping Notifications

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its status in real time.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.


Customs and International Fees

• For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

• In the event that a package is held by customs and returned to the sender because the customer did not respond to notifications or complete the required procedures, no refund will be issued. Abandonment of the package by the customer is considered beyond our responsibility, as the shipment was made correctly and within the established timeframe.

Returns Due to Failed Deliveries

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not picked up on time, we can reship it, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

• If the customer decides not to have it reshipped, our refund policy will apply, excluding the initial shipping costs.


Shipping Cancellation Policy

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. We suggest carefully reviewing all details of your purchase before confirming payment.


Delivery Guarantee
